Buildings A and B of the Lansdowne Park redevelopment are two pieces in the expansive redevelopment of the entire Lansdowne Park site.

Building A is a 42,000 square foot single tenant retail space that shares its building footprint with a 13 story condominium development. The building is a cast-in-place concrete structure that was formed and poured by condominium developer with Doran contractors contracted to complete the base building shell of the ground two retail floors. The condominium tower extends through the core of the retail space and extends above the retail roof level.
The exterior skin of the retail space is comprised of glazing, composite aluminum panels, granite panels, precast concrete panels, and masonry brick. The interior space is a gypsum finish that is sanded and ready for paint, with minor concrete block work. There are two escalators and three elevators in the building A base building scope. The tenant fit-up is not part of the scope of work.

Building B is a 61,000 square foot multiple tenant retail space that is comprised of two floors of retail leasing space and a third floor that houses the heating plant for seven retail buildings within the Lansdowne Park site. The building is a structural steel frame, with a concrete filled second floor deck. The exterior skin of the retail space is comprised of glazing, composite aluminum panels, granite panels, precast concrete panels, aluminum corrugated siding, and masonry brick. The interior space is a gypsum finish that is sanded and ready for paint, with minor concrete block work. Gypsum walls sanded and ready for paint were the construction method for the tenant demising walls. There are two escalators and three elevators in the building B base building scope. The tenant fit-up is not part of the scope of work.
