The Palisades Club is a seven-storey 68,000 ft² Adult Lifestyle facility at 100 Isabella Street, which showcases a panoramic view of downtown Ottawa.  The new structure is attached by a second storey walkway bridge to the existing Palisades Ottawa, a former hotel that was converted into a senior's residence in 2001.  The new building features 54 one and two bedroom rental apartments and 33 condominiums, eight of which are loft-style penthouses with 10 foot ceilings and panoramic views of the city.

Included in the construction was a renovation/retrofit of the existing Palisades Senior’s Residence.  Renovations included demolition and structural work to the underground parking garage, renovations and modifications to the pool area, construction of a new vestibule/reception entrance as well as a new lounge and doctor’s office.  New interior architectural finishes were also included along with exterior hardscapes and landscape work.
