A retail development with 7 buildings with a total leasable area of 99,534 sq. ft.. There are 390 parking spaces.  The construction is structural steel skeleton with mod bit roofing.  The exterior walls are structural steel studs with a combination of EIFS and masonry skin.  Special features include glass canopies circular windows and extensive relief in the perimeter walls.
