Located in the heart of Little Italy, the Norman Street Apartments will provide luxurious, affordable living for hundreds of Ottawa residents.  The project involves the construction of 107,200ft2 of Residential Living & Entertaining space only seconds from Preston Street’s array of Restaurants and Café’s, and minutes from the tranquility of Dow’s Lake.  At completion, this 10-storey apartment complex will provide a total of 122 rental units and multiple amenity spaces for residents to share and enjoy.  The amenity spaces include a large 6th floor terrace complete with BBQ’s, lounges, and fireplaces as well as a 2nd roof top terrace on the 10th floor.  The 10th floor Penthouse also offers an Exercise Facility and Indoor Lounge area to round out the amenities offered.  Of the 122 units available, 22 have been designed with Barrier Free needs in mind.  The Norman Street Apartments is yet another example of why Doran is a top Tier General Contractor able to effectively deliver prestigious high-rise residential projects in Ottawa.
