Nestled in Ottawa’s central Sandy Hill neighbourhood, The Charlotte is a masterpiece offering the finest in condominium living with careful craftsmanship in every detail. This project involves the construction of a 243,000ft2 mixed-use condominium development located in the perfect downtown Ottawa setting. The condominium will contain approximately 197 residential units with retail space on the ground floor and 3 levels of underground parking. The building has a unique design with a 14-storey tower stepping down to a 7-storey tower all within a single structure. The podium on the 8th level will contain extensive amenity space including a large pool, terrace lounging areas and barbecues. All units in the condominium will feature luxurious finishes with large windows overlooking the city. The strengths of the Doran team are on display in this project, particularly their expertise in completing modern projects in heritage communities with respect and care.
