Construction of a new one (1) storey, 120,000 square foot warehouse and office facility, the Kanata North Business Park is home to the new D. L. Building Materials Warehouse. The warehouse opened in March 2022 as the West End distribution center for this industry leader and building materials specialist. The warehouse consists of 52,500 square feet of D. L. warehouse space, and 7,500 square feet of office space. The remaining 60,000 square feet is future tenants and can accommodate up to the three (3) tenants. The building envelope is unique in that it is primarily a pre-engineered Murox Building System, with accents of curtainwall and Alucobond siding panels.
