770 Brookfield Phase 1 Retail Fit-up

770 Brookfield Phase 1 Retail Fit-up

Retail

Phase 1 of 770 Brookfield, otherwise known as the Revalie Ottawa was designed as a luxurious and convenient mixed-use off-campus residence for Carleton University students, housing 16 ground floor retail spaces. For this project, Doran is preparing 8 of the retail spaces in buildings A&E for tenants from fast food suppliers to hairdressers. This unique retail project was turned over to Doran after completion of the base building, to work in conjunction with pre-construction of Phase 2. The approximate 10,000 ft2 of retail space require curtain wall alterations for storefront entrance and signage, site security, sprinkler alterations, in suite fit-up of mechanical and electrical services, and demolition and addition of interior partitions, doors, and hardware for individual retail spaces.
