Minutes away from the heart of the Carleton University Campus is Phase 2 of the Brookfield Student Apartments, otherwise known as The Revalie Ottawa. This convenient off-campus residence provides students luxurious living without compromising the university experience by offering private shuttle transportation directly to and from school, affordable mixed-use living, and fully furnished suites with high-end finishes and amenities. Phase 2 will include the dynamic construction of 2 new towers totaling a gross floor area of approximately 230,000 ft2, consisting of 6 and 9 stories that are connected to the base building via breezeway. The building will offer a range of living options from single bachelor suites to traditional interconnected 4-bedroom dorm residences, amongst the 401 new units. The existing amenities that each new tenant can enjoy include but are not limited to; a state-of-the-art fitness center with specialized studios, private study areas, a social clubhouse including games rooms, and a media studio for content creation or podcasts. The construction of the apartment will allow for 8 new retail spaces to be added.
