Current Projects
This project involves the construction of a new 9-storey mixed-use condominium development located at the corner of Bank Street and James Street. The condominium will contain approximately 127 residential units with retail space on the ground floor and two (2) levels of underground parking. The 8th floor suites are multi-level and include private access to a rooftop patio. The building contains many amenities including a gym, yoga studio, and lounge at the ground floor. There is also a rooftop patio and a pool. All units in the building feature raw industrial finishes and the envelope is primarily window wall for a beautiful view of the city.
