Located in the east end of Ottawa, Latitude is a quiet oasis steps away from the new Blair LRT Station connecting residents to Ottawa’s lively downtown core. The second phase of the Frontier project, Latitude is currently underway and consists of a 20-storey, 203,000ft2 residential tower with 209 units, three levels of underground parking, and a beautiful rooftop terrace. While the building is conveniently located close to the Scotiabank Theatre Ottawa and popular dining options, it will also feature a number of in-house amenity spaces for residents to create their own high-end hosting experience right at home with family and friends. Some of the amenities include party rooms, a dog run, a golf simulator, and a spectacular outdoor area on the podium. Similar to Phase I, a geothermal heating and cooling system is incorporated into the design, significantly reducing energy consumption and greenhouse emissions.
