The Kanata West business park will be welcoming another addition to the area.  Located at 1400 Upper Canada Drive, will be the new distribution facility for Purolator Inc. The project consists of a 96,000 Square Foot Murox Building with 42 Overhead doors for Curbside Delivery Vehicles, 9 Overhead doors complete with loading dock levelers for Tractor Trailer deliveries and 4 Overhead doors for a full-service garage. Additionally, the project includes an attached two-story Office Building Component for operations staff.

This distribution facility is unique as it includes the use of concrete paving for the yard (140,000 SF), the design of a system that includes EV charging for curbside vehicles, as well as a rooftop solar plant.
